The terms and conditions apply to the use of the Kitchen Cookware website. By using this website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to accept the terms and conditions outlined, and any other links to various sections within this website including Delivery, Returns and Privacy.
Ordering
We may not be able to accept your order or some part of your order due to one (or more) of the following reasons:
- The authorisation of your payment failed to process.
- In the rare event that a product(s) you have ordered are no longer in stock.

Delivery
Although we make every effort to deliver goods within the normal estimated timescales (typically two to five working days from the time in which the order is placed). However, ocassionally delays may be inevitable due to factors beyond our power which may occur. All products are sent to you via our nominated courier. However, occasionally we may be forced to send our products via an alternative shipping provider in the event of circumstances occurring which are beyond our power. Returns
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so free of charge provided that your order has not already been handled by our logistics team. If your order has been dispatched, you will pay no postage up front. However, a flat fee of €2.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund as a contribution towards the process of cancellation of your order. If you wish to return your order, it would be really helpful if you could call one of the Kitchen Cookware team as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
In the rare event that there is a fault with an item(s) you have received from us, you can return the item(s) free of charge to our registered address - we will arrange for a pick-up with our assigned courier. It would be really helpful if you could call the Kitchen Cookware team as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
If the product/s that you have ordered do not match the products that you receive, we advise you to contact us immediately as that we can arrange for our assigned courier to pick-up your order.
Availability
If for any reason some goods from your order are out of stock or for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item we will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred. However, we will make every effort to ensure we provide you with a similar item.
Payment
By placing an order with us, you are authorising Kitchen Cookware to initially pre validate the Debit or Credit card presented for payment for the full value of the order as outlined in your basket. Your card will not be charged until we have accepted your offer to purchase from Kitchen Cookware and the goods have been dispatched by us.
Privacy
Your personal information is entirely private so we treat it with the highest standard of security and confidentiality.
- Kitchen Cookware will never pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.
- We will never ask for personal details via email. In the event that you receive an unsolicited email requesting you for your Kitchen Cookware log in details, please contact the Kitchen Cookware team immediately.

Stock
In the unusual event that any product(s) you have ordered have become out of stock, we will inform you immediately to notify you of such changes to your order and we will provide you with the one of the following four options (of your choice):
- The option to wait for your product(s) to come into stock prior to dispatching your order (if applicable).
- The option to accept a Kitchen Cookware voucher to the same value as the purchase price of the product(s) which are out of stock.
- The option to choose an alternative product of the same value.
- The option to have a refund issued to the value of the product(s) that is out of stock.
Intellectual property rights
Any use of material from this website, including reproduction for purposes other than the download, print out or store portions of information for personal use or that of your firm or company is strictly prohibited, including reproduction of publication, reproduction of our logo, modification, sale, distribution, posting or transmission in any other way without the prior written consent of Kitchen Cookware.
