Unfortunately, orders placed post-22/12/2014 will not be dispatched until 2/01/2015. This is due to the operation schedule of our courier, Fastway.
Free Returns
That's right, folks - we offer a "no quibble" free returns service, regardless of the size of your order. If, for any reason, you wish to return one or more items you have purchased from us, just click here, fill out a short returns form, and we'll arrange the rest. The only requirement is that you state whether you'd prefer a refund, replacement, or a credit note. Should you wish to tell us the reason for your return, then please do so. But it is not necessary.
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver goods within the normal estimated timescale (typically two to five working days from the time in which the order is placed). If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 9 working days, please contact us.

For orders up to €50 - €4.29
We do not currently offer an express delivery service. However, all orders are sent to you via our nominated courier* and they provide a one working day delivery service as standard.

We currently accept online payment from all major valid credit or debit cards.

All of the prices quoted above apply to mainland recipient addresses only. We cannot guarantee delivery to recipients in the Channel Islands based on the prices quoted above.
