 This is a traditional wooden meat mallet tenderiser. Durable with a dense and even grain it is made from locally managed forests.

Made for kitchen use, it is lightweight but very effective with 49 spikes to give a great pattern.

Also ideal for making biscuit crumbs. Once you have one of these you will wonder what you did without it!
