Delivery
We make every effort to deliver goods within the normal estimated timescale (typically two to five working days from the time in which the order is placed). If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 9 working days, please contact us.

For orders up to €50 - €4.25
We do not currently offer an express delivery service. However, all orders are sent to you via our nominated courier* and they provide a one working day delivery service as standard.

We currently accept online payment from all major valid credit or debit cards.

Returns
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so free of charge provided that your order has not already been handled by our logistics team. If your order has already been dispatched to you, you will pay no postage up front. However, a flat fee of €2.00* will be deducted from the amount of your refund as a contribution towards the process of cancellation of your order. If you wish to return your order, it would be really helpful if you could call one of the Kitchen Cookware team as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
In the rare event that there is a fault with an item(s) you have received from us, you can return the item(s) free of charge to our registered address - we will arrange for a pick-up with our nominated courier. If an item(s) that you have ordered does not match the item(s) that you receive, we advise you to contact us immediately so that we can arrange to remedy your order, and for our nominated courier to pick-up your order.
*For all orders dispatched to customers outside Ireland and the United Kingdom, the customer shall be responsible for the entire cost incurred in returning item(s) to us if the item(s) is not faulty.
